Our Dysfunctional Family

'Looks like they're at it again' I thought as I saw Russia and Prussia were fighting over Latvia again. Although they were all little kids since England turned them into chibis because of the noise they were making. But this resulted in Romania taking his wand and turning him into chibi as well. Portugal was… well he was being his usual self and Sicily was rolling around on the floor while America was watching some scary movie with Japan and Sakura. Oh well, this has been normal for us since all of our bosses forced everyone into living this this REALLY big mansion at least two months ago, thinking that we'd be able to get along better with each other.

And honestly I'm not sure if it's working or not.

I mean we do have fun together like when Portugal and I have that food fight. That was lots of fun! But there are times when things get out of hand and end up with one of us either hurt or really angry. I don't like it when that happens because it causes a lot of tension between everyone for a while. At least those times don't happen very much.
But besides that, we're like a big family. A dysfunctional one, but a family none the less. That made me smile.

"What the hell are you smiling at Veneziano?"

I blinked before looking at Romano who was currently eating a tomato like usual. "Oh it's nothing Fratello. I was just thinking on how much we're like a big family!" Everyone had stopped doing whatever it was they were doing and looked at me with confusion since I said that last part a little too loudly. It just made me smile even more.

"Fratello what do mean by that?" Sicily asked, tilting her head to the side while she was lying on her back. "Yeah Ita! Tell us~~~~" Portugal added on, spinning around randomly. I laughed a little bit at the two of them. They could be so silly but I wouldn't want them to change even if the fate of the world was depending on it! In fact, I wouldn't want any of them to change.

"Ve~ Even if we don't get along at times and end up arguing with each other, we stick together whenever things get really bad. Just like a family! Although I guess we'd be the weirdest family around!" I said before laughing. Everyone looked taken back before starting to laugh along with me. I think I even saw Romano smile! That's something that's really rare!

I'll admit that any normal, sane person would send us to a mental asylum after spending the first five seconds with anyone of us but no one here is normal or sane, let alone both so it's fine!  

After all, we're just one big dysfunctional family.
